Refund policy

Please read the guidelines below before placing your order to understand how returns, damages, and lost shipments are handled.

Made-to-Order & Final Sale

 All items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:             • Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
• Incorrect size or color selection (please refer strictly to our sizing charts before purchasing).

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If there is a manufacturing error or a mistake on our end, we will gladly arrange a free replacement.
How to claim: Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us at [support@purerepathletics.com] within 7 days of delivery.
What to include: Please provide your order number and high-quality, clear photos showing the defect alongside the original packing slip.
Do not ship items back: If a manufacturing defect is verified, a replacement or refund will be issued immediately. You do not need to return the defective item to us.

Packages Lost in Transit

If your package is lost by the shipping carrier, we have you covered under the following guidelines:
Carrier Loss: If tracking details stop updating and the package is officially deemed lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of the estimated delivery date. We will file a claim with our supplier and arrange a brand-new replacement at no extra cost.

Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for items that are marked as 'Delivered' by the carrier but are missing or stolen from your property. In those cases, you must contact the local courier directly.

Wrong Address & Unclaimed Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package cannot be delivered because of an incomplete address, typo, or because it went unclaimed at your local post office:

• The package will be returned to our production facility 

• To have the item reshipped, you will be responsible for covering the secondary shipping and handling costs.

• Unclaimed returns will only be held at our facility for 30 days before being donated.
